Cheesy Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna

Ingrédients
- lasagna noodles 6pieces
- spinach 200g
- mushrooms 150g
- ricotta cheese 250g
- mozzarella cheese 200g
- Parmesan cheese 50g
- marinara sauce 300ml
- Olive oil 1tablespoon
- Garlic 2cloves
- Onion 1medium
Étapes
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened. Then, stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 2 lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the spinach and mushroom mix, and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers and top with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
