Cheesy Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna

Cheesy Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna

Ingrédients

  • lasagna noodles 6pieces
  • spinach 200g
  • mushrooms 150g
  • ricotta cheese 250g
  • mozzarella cheese 200g
  • Parmesan cheese 50g
  • marinara sauce 300ml
  • Olive oil 1tablespoon
  • Garlic 2cloves
  • Onion 1medium

Étapes

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened. Then, stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer 2 lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the spinach and mushroom mix, and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
  7. Repeat the layers and top with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
