Kimchi Pizza Tangsuyuk (Kim-Pi-Tang)
Tangsuyuk is a Korean adaptation of a classic Chinese sweet-and-sour pork dish, made by deep-frying pork and coating it in a glossy sweet-and-tangy sauce.
But this version is a unique fusion that brings together Korea, Italy and China by combining kimchi and pizza! You might find people who’ve never tried it, but you’ll never find someone who’s had it only once. Honestly, buying it is the best, but if you’re not living in Korea… then this recipe is definitely worth a try!
