- oyster sauce 1tablespoon
- pepper 3pinch
- rice paper 4ea
- King oyster mushroom 0.5ea
Étapes
- Finely chop the garlic chives, zucchini, mushrooms, and scallops. You can substitute scallops with any seafood or meat you have at home.
- In a bowl, combine all chopped ingredients. Add oyster sauce and pepper to season. Mix well and add a bit of starch to help bind the mixture.
- Soak a sheet of rice paper in water until soft.
- Place some filling in the center of the rice paper. Fold it neatly like a dumpling, making sure the filling doesn't spill out.
- In a heated pan, add a generous amount of oil. Place the dumplings in the pan.
- Pan-fry until the filling is cooked and the rice paper is crispy but not burnt.
