Simple Aglio e Olio

Ingrédients

  • Garlic 3clove
  • Pasta 1serving
  • Olive oil 4tablespoon
  • whole peperoncino 2ea
  • chicken stock 1tablespoon

Étapes

  1. Fill an electric kettle with water and bring it to boil.
  2. Pour the boiling water into a pan, add the pasta, then stir in 1 tablespoon of chicken stock.
  3. While the pasta cooks, slice the garlic cloves thinly.
  4. In a separate pot, heat 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced garlic.
  5. Cook the garlic until golden brown, then turn off the heat.
  6. When the pasta is cooked, drain all but about 1/2 cup of the pasta water from the pan.
  7. Pour the garlic and olive oil mixture into the pasta pan.
  8. Over high heat, stir-fry everything together until the pasta water is monthly absorbed.
  9. Break the 2 peperoncino peppers into pieces and add them to the pan according to your preferred spice level.
  10. Enjoy!
