Simple Aglio e Olio

Ingrédients
- Garlic 3clove
- Pasta 1serving
- Olive oil 4tablespoon
- whole peperoncino 2ea
- chicken stock 1tablespoon
Étapes
- Fill an electric kettle with water and bring it to boil.
- Pour the boiling water into a pan, add the pasta, then stir in 1 tablespoon of chicken stock.
- While the pasta cooks, slice the garlic cloves thinly.
- In a separate pot, heat 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced garlic.
- Cook the garlic until golden brown, then turn off the heat.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain all but about 1/2 cup of the pasta water from the pan.
- Pour the garlic and olive oil mixture into the pasta pan.
- Over high heat, stir-fry everything together until the pasta water is monthly absorbed.
- Break the 2 peperoncino peppers into pieces and add them to the pan according to your preferred spice level.
