Soy Sauce Egg Pasta

- Egg 1ea
- Soy sauce 0.5cup
- Pasta 1portion
조리법
- Boil water in an electric kettle.
- In a pan, place the pasta and pour just enough hot water to cover the noodles.
- Add about half a cup of soy sauce to the pan and cook the pasta for about 9 minutes.
- If the water evaporates too quickly, add a little more hot water from the kettle while cooking.
- Meanwhile, fry one egg in a separate pan.
- When the pasta is cooked, place it on a plate, top with the fried egg, and sprinkle parsley over it. Serve immediately.
