Soy Sauce Egg Pasta

A simple pasta I cook at least twice a week.

Soy Sauce Egg Pasta

Ingredients

  • Egg 1ea
  • Soy sauce 0.5cup
  • Pasta 1portion

Instructions

  1. Boil water in an electric kettle.
  2. In a pan, place the pasta and pour just enough hot water to cover the noodles.
  3. Add about half a cup of soy sauce to the pan and cook the pasta for about 9 minutes.
  4. If the water evaporates too quickly, add a little more hot water from the kettle while cooking.
  5. Meanwhile, fry one egg in a separate pan.
  6. When the pasta is cooked, place it on a plate, top with the fried egg, and sprinkle parsley over it. Serve immediately.
