Pasta Stir-Fried with Mixed Vegetables in Oyster & Soy Sauce
A pasta dish made by stir-frying assorted vegetables in my favorite oyster sauce and soy sauce base.

Ingrédients
- oyster sauce 1tbsp
- Soy sauce 1tbsp
- Garlic 5cloves
- Pasta 1serving
- Bok choy 2heads
- Onion 0.5ea
Étapes
- Bring water to a boil in a pan, add salt and the pasta, and cook until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables: - Cut off the root end of the bok choy. - Slice the onion. - Mince or slice the garlic, depending on preference.
- Heat olive oil in another pan. Once hot, add the garlic and onion and sauté.
- When the pasta is fully cooked, drain it, reserving a small amount of pasta water (about 1–2 tablespoons).
- Add the sautéed vegetables to the pan with the pasta, then add oyster sauce and soy sauce in a 1:1 ratio.
- Add the bok choy to the pan and stir-fry everything together over high heat for 1–2 minutes.
