Shrimp Tortilla Pizza
One pizza per person is standard! This is a spicy shrimp tortilla pizza. The taste may vary slightly depending on the type of tortilla. Personally, I preferred the milk tortilla over the whole wheat one.(Be careful: 4 pieces of peperoncino can be quite spicy)

Ingrédients
- Tortilla 1ea
- Butter 20g
- Tomato sauce 2tbsp
- whole peperoncino 4ea
- Garlic 5ea
- Cherry Tomato 4ea
- Shrimp 8ea
- Mozzarella 120g
Étapes
- Sauté two thumb-sized pieces of butter with four peperoncino peppers, rehydrated frozen shrimp, and minced garlic. Once sautéed, set aside some of the flavored oil in a separate bowl — this will be used as a sauce on top of the tortilla.
- Place a tortilla in a frying pan over low heat. Spread tomato sauce on one side, then top with mozzarella cheese and quartered cherry tomatoes. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 5–7 minutes, making sure the tortilla doesn't burn.
- Once the cheese has melted, turn off the heat and transfer the tortilla pizza to a plate. Pour the previously sautéed shrimp and garlic butter oil over the top. For extra flavor, you can drizzle a little allulose if you like, and adding a handful of canned corn is also a great touch.
