  • beef stew meat 500g
  • Onion 1large
  • bell pepper 1large
  • Garlic 3cloves
  • paprika 2tablespoons
  • beef broth 500ml
  • carrot 1medium
  • tomato paste 2tablespoons
  • Olive oil 2tablespoons
  • bay leaf 1leaf

Étapes

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the beef stew meat, browning it on all sides.
  4. Add chopped bell pepper, diced carrot, and paprika. Stir to combine.
  5. Mix in the tomato paste and cook for a minute.
  6. Pour in the beef broth, add the bay leaf, and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1.5 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
