- Shrimp 200grams
- taco shells 2pieces
- Garlic 3cloves
- Olive oil 2tablespoons
- Chili powder 1teaspoon
- avocado 1medium
- lime 1medium
- cilantro 2tablespoons
- salt 1pinch
Étapes
- Peel and devein the shrimp, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp with minced garlic, chili powder, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the avocado salsa by dicing the avocado and mixing it with lime juice and chopped cilantro in a separate bowl.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the marinated shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.
- Warm the taco shells in the oven or microwave according to package instructions.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked shrimp in the taco shells and topping them with the avocado salsa.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for extra flavor.
