  • flatfish 200g
  • Soy sauce 2tablespoons
  • Sugar 1tablespoon
  • sesame oil 1teaspoon
  • Water 100ml
  • Ginger 1slice
  • green onion 1stalk
  • Garlic 1clove

Instructions

  1. In a pan, combine soy sauce, sugar, water, ginger, and minced garlic, bringing it to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and add the flatfish to the sauce.
